Fire protection

Fire alarm
Detects a fire at an early stage and sends the alarm to a central monitoring station.
Smoke and heat extraction
Removes smoke and heat in the first minutes of a fire so people can leave the premises safely.
Internal fire water supply
Pipework and equipment that deliver water to the fire, plus fire hose cabinets in protected rooms.
Kitchen fire suppression
Detects and extinguishes fires at cooking equipment: stoves, fryers, ovens, hoods and exhaust ducts.
Fire warning and evacuation control
Voice announcements and management of people’s evacuation in an emergency.
Automatic fire suppression
Gas, powder and aerosol systems that locate a fire and put it out locally at the initial stage.
Fire-retardant treatment
Protects load-bearing structures and air ducts from direct flame and raises their fire resistance to the required level.
Lightning protection
Protects the building, equipment and people from direct lightning strikes and the surges that damage sensitive electronics.

Video surveillance
Cameras with live view, recording and playback on a video recorder or server.
Access control
Controls entry to rooms, logs staff movement and time on site. Intercom included.
Intruder alarm
Detects break-ins through doors, windows or the perimeter fence and alerts the monitoring station.
Flood and gas leak detection
Detects dangerous gas levels (natural gas or carbon monoxide) and water leaks and alerts the security system.

One network for telephony, computers, security, access control, CCTV and IP television.
Background music and PA
Background sound in rooms; in an alarm the same network delivers evacuation announcements.
